Sales skyrocketed, and suddenly the media took attention to us (at last!) From forum blogging we now have various advertisers, The Irish Independent for example, doing press releases on our products. It has a variety of bugs with each new ver. / Bill.gates seems to direct his progrmmers & developers to make sure it only works properly with other microsoft programs - everything else suffer's ( but a wee bit less with each new version .. Thanks i suppose ) - finally it is a huge drain on any computers resources (memory and processor ) for a web browser -far too much , give me firefox or chrome any time over ie8 or any previous version. What I found more dishonest was the claim that they could get a centre aisle "sponsored link" for ANY 3 keywords of my choice. I told her that nobody can do that for the pittance she was charging. She then upped the keywords I could use to 10. Three times a zero outcome is still a zero outcome. I then asked her a few adwords questions. The poor woman got louder as she revealed her lack of basic adwords knowledge. I finally offered her twice her monthly asking price but in arrears not up-front. Then she got personal and I hung up. Innocent fun for me but if you got drawn in you could be at the very least down the monthly minimum charge for nothing in return. I got a similar call myself at around the same time.
